Finding i'm getting break up of picture quite often on TNT Sports Ultimate channel 465.Got Now Sports to watch this channel but prefer to watch it from the guide channel number 465,i've got full fibre broadband 500 so that's not a issue, and have it wifi connected, has been working fine in the last month or 2 but recently in the last week playing up,prefer not to have it ethernet connected as don't want wires from the super hub to my bedroom, also have a main EE TV pro box connected by wifi to a mini box in my bedroom with the mini box having this issue.

Hi @Greenback1066.

Thanks for coming to the community.

If the picture is breaking up on your Mini box, please try restarting both boxes. It’s also worth checking the Mini box’s Wi‑Fi signal under Settings > Technical information > Network.

If it looks low, check how far the Mini box is from the router, anything over around 5 metres can cause issues with 4K streams, especially through walls. Try moving it a little closer, or away from other wireless devices that might cause interference.

Hi,I reckon that 9 metres from Mini Box to router is to far then?,never had a problem with break up of picture in the past on 4k streams,it's only recently the last 3 weeks say that this as been happening since i got put on the Big Sport package.as to checking the Mini Box's wifi under settings - Technical Info-Network on my Mini Box,i only have Device Information no technical Information in setings there is no technical info option, and when i go to Device Information i can't check wifi signal.

Do you have problems streaming any other 4K channel @Greenback1066
Or if you recall any other changes made in your household, such as moving or replacing of furniture, whitegoods, etc?

It may be worth checking if your router is using the optimal WIFI channel, as your neighbours may have changed something causing congestion on the frequency. Usually the WIFI channel is automatically updated when you restart your router, but you can usually also check this in the router admin pages.

9 meters can be stretching the signal for streaming. If you're able to test the mini using an ethernet cable that would help diagnose what could be the cause or rule out the WIFI. Have you considered using a powerline adapter for the connection to avoid using ethernet cable?
