Couldn’t decide if this should be in TV or Broadband.
Did a speed test on my router from the EE app and it asked to reboot the router. After it came back up none of my TV boxes would connect and have required a factory reset to talk to the internet again. I’ve lost all my recordings as a result. Is this normal?

Well the factory reset didn’t fix the fix the problem. The box was happy to find all the channels, iPlayer, Netflix and ITVX work but not the TV channels. All I get is error IPC6023

Which router do you have?
Have you reported the error message to our broadband guides to get this looked into?
