Speech not matching on ITV/Iplayer

Over the last month we are having to constantly reboot the TV box as ITV and ITV iplayer keeps having a speech lag. This can be either watching through the app, or direct from the TV. We have out TV box connected to the wifi. I have rebooted the wifi router as well. Its only ITV.  Any ideas?

Thanks for coming back to us. 

As you have tried everything you can, I would recommend getting in touch with our broadband tech guides to get this looked into and see what could be causing the speech not matching.
