Hi,
I am trying my best from the 18th July to resolve this problem and becoming so frustrated as I’m going around in circles .
I received an email from EE with an offer for a Sony TV with Discount , only available that day .
I started the online process and got to the payment stage and paid. I received no email to confirm the order and checked the bank and the payment was pending.
later that day I received an email to say complete your order. I continued with the sequence given and the outcome was this product is out of stock.
I rang EE ( no options for my queries) got through to one girl who was unhelpful and said basically she couldn’t assist me .
I rand on the Monday as the pending payment came out of my account so I had purchased a tv that I had no order number for, that was now out of stock.
again, rang “ thinking of leaving us “ as there was no option for my query. I was on hold for 1 hour while the lad tried his hardest to resolve it . He said someone would call me in 72 hours to resolve the problem, in the mean time contact the bank to get a refund.
I rang the bank , they needed proof I had not had the tv or some evidence from EE ( which I don’t have)
waited 72 hours no phone call .
rang billing today spoke to a lad who tried to help but didn’t know what to do, so gave me a number to call . When I rang it it was a DPS number who couldn’t help me .
EE HAVE MY MONEY , I HAVE NO TV, AND NO-ONE CAN HELP
WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP CEO, WATCHDOG, TRADING STANDARDS?
