Series link not working.

Hi

I've just upgraded to full works 2 weeks back so I can record sport.

I series link sky sports racing so I can watch races when I get home. But it doesn't record everyday.  Sometimes it does but I can't depend on it.  I've factory reset and done everything I can think of.

Is there anything that can be done?  I'm sure it's not a faulty box as it works fine for everything else

There are a few possible reasons for this, which are laid out on our Problems with Recording on EE TV Box Pro help page. 

Please check the signal status to make sure you're getting a strong signal, and try using the Smart mode.

If you continue to get problems with your recordings, have a chat with our EE TV Technical Support team and they'll check everything from our side.

Hi Chris. 

Yes it's in smart mode.  Also it can't be a signal problem as sky sports racing comes through the Internet. 

Just disappointed with Ee as there seems to be so many issues with it.

Unfortunately, for now, the recommendation is to schedule programmes individually instead of series record.
