Hi, I ordered a Samsung TV with free TNT sports about 3 or 4 weeks ago, I have had no messaged regarding the activation and every time I call customer service they just send me a text with a link so sign up for TNT for £20 per month, nothing is showing on my account or APP
Please help!!!

If so, do you have a mobile plan on the same account and checking the add-ons for this number?

was purchased as an add on with my mobile, nothing shows on that add on

@Leanne_T i have had 3 phone calls with Customer service who couldn't help, also went into store who advised they have nothing to do with the add ons for mobile plans
All in all not a great experience

Did this get resolved as I'm dealing with same issue now
