Sagecom set top box

Hello

I have a SAGECOM set top box, model number RTIW387.

I am trying to pair a Bose universal remote to it but with no successs.

I am unable to find the 4 digit code needed for this box. 
I have searched the Bose website, the accompanying instruction leaflet and the SAGECOM website but to no avail.

The SAGECOM website does not recognise the model number despite this number being shown on the base of the box.

I’ve run out of ideas thus I’m hoping that someone out there might be able to shed some light.

Disclaimer - I can't see your image until its cleared for viewing.

The TV Box Pro  (Sagemcom RT!W387)  responds to remotes for earlier Youview  Humax boxes , so possibly if you have codes for Humax one may work.
