I have got myself into a bit of a pickle.
I had my EE Pro box and asked to swap it for an apple TV box.
I then had a change of heart and the customer service agent got the EE Pro box marked as returned and asked me to return the apple TV and sent a return bag for it.
Now I am getting an intermittent error when watching itv4 etc to add it to my package when using the pro box.

You're really trying to challenge our ordering system aren't you! 😁
Changing boxes wouldn't do anything to change your subscription, and your TV account isn't showing any changes since I updated it last month.
Could you please make a note of the exact time it happens, the next time it happens, and I'll see if the logs show anything useful.

Can't remember the precise time of the last error but it was roughly about 10pm last night.
