Any ideas why my new remote works apart from the volume controls. My old BT remote works ok, but I want to use my new remote and not both.

When I go to bluetooth remote , only option is done.

I’ve don’t that but even at 100% the sound isn’t very loud. I still have to use the TV remote.

Hi. Just setup ee tv the remote simply will not pair to my hisense tv. Done all the home plus 9 stuff, no dice. Any ideas?

Hi @W20ADM,Welcome to the EE CommunityAre you seeing the light around the EE icon flash 3 times when you are holding down those buttons? Have you checked your settings within Settings> Bluetooth remote> Control volume and source ?
