I have the same problem IPC6011 every time I put my tv on I get this and I have only had this about 6 weeks as I was with sky before. Last week I had an engineer out and he replaced the fibre wire in the wall which wasn’t working but I am still getting problems! I wouldn’t have changed if I had known it was this unreliable !!
