Is this a recurring problem or a one off incident ?
Is it all recordings or just some ?
Are they all (very) old recordings affected ?
If you use a linked EETV mobile app to monitor/set recordings are the images also missing on the app as well as the box ?

I can confirm that there is an issue - the YouView services that provide programme information (to the box, and the EE TV app) are currently missing a few bits of key information (including images). I'm raising it with them now.
Update: it had already been spotted by our test teams this morning, and is already being investigated.

Had eetv since May can't wait till contract ends and go to sky hub always problems with this sevice
