Question about Smart Hub

We have very recently installed our Smart Hub Plus. The main phone line is in the kitchen and that where the Smart Hub is. Our BT TV box in the sitting room is no longer connected via Ethernet. We can’t connect it physically. What am I missing here please?

Ok, the important thing is that you're back online, but it sounds like we may be able to improve your setup a little.

I'll check your account set up on Monday and confirm exactly what devices you have, and then let you know if there's anything that would benefit from being changed.
