I have been with EE for approx 6mths & have had pixelating issues from the start. My box is hard wired via ethernet to the router with the TV aerial also running through the box. I have also upgraded as advised by the EEshop in Sheffield. The HD channels are still unwatchable.

What was the upgrade? What BB package do you have?
Is your TV smart? If it is, does it play apps OK?
If it isn't, will it play Freeview HD channels OK with an aerial direct into it?
