Persistent problems with the order process

EVERY time I make any changes to my EE TV package (and those changes are completed) I always get the following message if I go to make further changes / orders, "You can't place an order right now as you have an open order. Try again after your order is complete".

It's happened AGAIN. Why do you have to jump through hoops with EE to make any changes? It's shambolic and very amateurish.

Thanks for coming to the community.

This message usually appears when the system still has a recent order marked as open, even if everything looks complete on your side. It normally clears once the system finishes updating.

I know it can be frustrating, especially if you're trying to make a change.

If it’s been there for a while, our customer support team can take a look and clear any stuck orders for you.
