Is anyone able to help with the status of an order I placed for a TV from the EE shop a couple of days ago. When I place the order it said delivery would be 1-3 days. I can see the order as having been confirmed on the EE app but can find no way of checking when it will be delivered

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 about delivery.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Northerner Thanks for your reply. Have tried calling using the numbers you suggested and unfortunately they weren’t able to help. Got passed between various departments with no joy.

Did you purchase the TV and added this to your existing account to pay monthly? Or, did you purchase the TV on the EE Store and make the full payment?

@Leanne_T Thanks for your reply. I’ve since been told that the only way to contact the EE Store is by email and that they don’t have a contact number that I can use. Have sent an email off to them and am currently waiting for a reply.
