I have NOW TV and sport but when joining ee TV the sport part is asking for a membership which I already have. How do I get eetv to recognise I am registered with now for sports?

I'm quite confused actually @Colin1117
Your new subscription with EE TV is just for Entertainment - no sport. So when you joined EE TV, the existing subscriptions would normally have been removed and just Entertainment added.
But in your case, the wrong Now TV email address was entered - the agent spelt it with "collin" instead of "colin". So actually, EE hasn't touched your existing Now TV account - anything that was on it should still be on it.
If you want to use the Entertainment subscription included with your EE TV subscription then email me at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk with your account number, and I'll take you through the steps needed to update it. If you have any subscriptions already on that account, they'll be moved to your EE bill - but please note that any special prices or offers you have on your existing account will be cancelled, and you'll be charged the full add-on price each month. Also, if you have Ultra Boost on the account then it will also be cancelled, as it's not compatible with EE TV accounts.

What package do you have through EE TV? Big Sports? If so you will need to contact EE TV and raise a fault.
If it is an Entertainment package you have and you have a separate Now Sports package before Joining EE TV it would have been cancelled if your order was associated with the same email address as the the one used for your sports login, or if it is a separate email address that won't be viewable on the EE TV guide, only on the app when using that specific email address.
