New tv

Hiya and thanks in advance, our new oled tv seems to be all fine but for some reason won’t connect to our WiFi, any suggestions greatly appreciated

Which make/model of TV is it you have and what happens when you are trying to connect to your WiFi? Is it EE broadband and router that you are using?
