New to EE and the Apple TV box keeps buffering.

Will the buffering stop? Also bbciplayer app is not downloading.

@Dingleberry    Is the Apple TV software up to date ?  That might be why it’s not download BBC iPlayer.     Do you have an Apple account?   
 
 Have you tried restarting the router ? Switch it off for 30+ seconds then restart it.  
is your router near another electrical appliance ?   If it is move it away from it

Software is up to date, have created an apple id but asks to finish with iphone but i dont have one. Still won't downliad ipkayer or discovery plus
