I’ve been with EE tv for about five months and Netflix is included as part of my package with an Apple TV box and I’ve had no problems with this until recently.  Now when I click on the Netflix icon nothing happens, just a blank screen.

Checking in Apple settings, Netflix is included in the list of Apps but when I look in App Settings/TV Netflix is not included in ‘Connect to TV’.  Is this where the problem lies & if so how do I fix it?

My Netflix account is still open as I can connect to it via my iPad or even my Samsung TV, it’s just the EE icon that doesn’t work.

I’ve offloaded the app rather than delete it but that seems to have done the trick.  Thanks for your help Chris. 👍

@009718842 have you tried deleting the Netflix app from your Apple TV and then reinstall it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No I haven’t tried that. To be honest I’m reluctant to change anything unless I’m sure it will work, I don’t want to make things worse. Is this a known fix for this problem?

@009718842  It’s the first I’ve heard of it.    You’ll still sign in to the same Netflix account should you try this.  So it’ll not hurt to try.
