I have had my Netflix linked to EE for many months, all ok
today, all works fine via EE box
however, I can no longer access Netflix via Apple TV or any Netflix App outside of the EE TV box
any ideas??

After speaking with Netflix, it appears my account was being hacked with an unknown email. All now sorted and ok. Thanks for your help

What do you mean when you say "no longer access"? Are you confident that you're logging in with the same account?

Yep
same user and password
via EE TV box. All ok
iphone Netflix app, pc Netflix and Apple TV Netflix App
. Logs on and asks me to set up payment details. Has no profile info

Our interface with Netflix doesn't allow us to see what email address is paired with your account - it only tells us that one is. If you're 100% confident that you're using the correct email address, then there are 2 options:
1. You can contact Netflix to ask what's going on
2. I can disassociate your existing account pairing, to then allow you to pair it again - this will fix the problem, but if you use a different email address to what you were using previously, you'll lose all viewing history and preferences.
If you'd like me to proceed with option 2 then please send me an email at tv.apps@ee.co.uk including your EE account number in the email. That'll be my authorisation to detach your account. I'll then reply with instructions on how to pair it again.
