I've received my new sim which is going into a router for my van. I didn't realise that the Netflix was with adverts. I called EE who said that they could not upgrade it thier end and told me to text Netflix ro 150 and I could change it from there. When I send the text I get back a link that just sends me to the sim plans but no way to upgrade to Netflix without adds.
Does anyone know how to do this without having to go back through EE as you wait forever for your call to be awnsered.

Looks like the option to upgrade NF to Standard/No ads can be actioned via the EE app, Manage/TV and Sport/ Extras/ Netflix/ Manage/ Change your Plan.

Now sorted thanks. Could not do online as was not sent an activation code. Spent hours on phone the last few days trying to sort it out but just was given wrong information. Now apparently EE only offer standard with ads and premium. They don't do the standard without ads, which l was told I could upgrade to. After reviewing some of my calls and found I was give the wrong information they upgraded me to premium for the same price as standard without ads.
