Hi, ever since signing up to EE TV and Broadband I’ve not been able to access Netflix on my TV Boxes, everything else internet related (YouTube, Amazon, Apple TV) works fine but Netflix always starts buffering after a couple of minutes and gets stuck. Box is connected via Ethernet, I’ve also tried a wireless connection, reset the box and my hub multiple times to no avail. Getting really tired of this now as I pay for premium Netflix and cannot use it, wish I’d gone with the Apple TV box from the outset.

I am sorry you are having an issue viewing Netflix on your TV Box. Are you able to login and watch on other devices using your Netflix account? If so it would suggest the Netflix account through us has been activated ok.
If you have factory reset your box and hub already to no avail, at this point I would suggest speaking to our TV tech team who should be able to help run some diagnostics to help resolve the issue. Contact Us To Request Technical Support for EE TV | EE

I am sorry you are having an issue viewing Netflix on your TV Box. Are you able to login and watch on other devices using your Netflix account? If so it would suggest the Netflix account through us has been activated ok.
