Going round in circles on this one. Previously was paying for Netflix directly via Netflix but then activated my subscription with EE. What I didn’t realise is you can’t have extra members being billed through EE (an additional cost I previously paid via Netflix before I transferred). How do I de-activate my Netflix contract with EE? The area on the website to do this seems to be perpetually down and no one on the phone seems to be able to help.

@craignicol99 Open the EE app and under add ons click Netflix and click remove. You’ll have to wait till it’s the next billing cycle for the subscription to end and be removed form your account
