We have changed from BT to EE. I did not receive an email from EE re. activating Netflix, which is included in our Entertaianment package, as it was sent to a wrong address. When I finally received the email the activation link was not working and told to try later - three days ago!! Will somebody kindly explain what is happening as I am on the verge of cancelling the package. I have cancelled the private contract I previously had with Netflix.

On your TV Box Pro or TV Box Mini, launch the Netflix app. If you're already signed in, then sign out. From the home screen of the Netflix app, choose the option to Sign Up.
Register for a Netflix account using any email address you like - if you use the same address as your previous private contract, then it'll automatically pick up your previous viewing history.
Doing it this way, it automatically adds that account to your EE TV bill. As your account includes Netflix, this means it'll use your included subscription.
