Wonder if anyone could help me here as I’m started to get some what frustrated with this. So I currently have NOWTV on my ee box being billed by ee! My NOWTV was already signed in on my box. When I went to check my account on the tv app I can see that my email is wrong. I contacted NOW tv in hopes to get this changed since I don’t have access to this email address nor can it be made since it’s a .co.uk email. This is stopping me from logging in on the browser and phone app since I have no idea what the password is. After contacting NOWTV I was told to contact ee. I contacted ee and they are saying the same to contact NOWTV. I’ve been going around in circles for 2 days with both companies. What should I do?

You will have to (gulp) ring the EE support line, and hope you get a Guide who knows their arras from their Elba…
