NOW TV and discovery+

I’ve changed from BT to EE TV and have the entertainment package - had an email to say it’s all ready to go last night - tried today and NOW TV is not working and won’t let me activate it same with discovery 

I was told a few days ago there may be an issue with my email address used to set up NOW - I’ve called 4 times and keep getting fobbed off to just wait! 

Any ideas anyone? Im effectively paying for a service I don’t have.

Thank you all seems to be working now 

I wish they just directed me to the support email address themselves?! Seems odd that they don’t!
