At a guess, you are using a Box Pro or a Box Mini here.,

The live channels, the ones in the EPG, are sent using a technique called multicast. Catchup from the apps uses the more usual technique of unicast.

At a further guess, all your apps work, and if you have an aerial plugged in to your box then none of your live channels 300 - 599 work. And if no aerial, none of the live channels work.

(Or if this isn’t the case, please say what is).

If you have any third-party (I.e. non-EETV) equipment in your network setup - router, repeater, mesh system and so on - remove it and try again.

If you have none such, or the problem persists, you will need to call EETV on 150 and report the problem, for them to make further diagnoses, and provide a fix.
