Missing channels - new pro tv box over wifi

Hi,

I’ve recently taken out a TV package largely as my new home doesn’t have an aerial. The pro boxed seemed easy to set up however once up and running I noticed that I have no BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and channel 4. I have it set up over wifi and have searched the internet and this forum for a solution without success. Oddly I can’t retune the channels either, in settings under tv channels it lists 42 channels and 133 subscription channels but there is no retune button, only a ‘done’ button that exits that section of the settings

@Dearden

I presume your EE TV is activated? If not, you need to wait for this to be completed for you by EE,

But if it is, are you looking at 101 to 105? These channels are to be found on 1 - 5 in IP Mode.

But while the list of available channels is restricted in IP Mode:-

https://ee.co.uk/help/tv-sport/manage-use/channel-guide

you should certainly have 1 - 5.

If you have 1 - 5 missing, then, go to Setting/Factory Reset, which will cause the box to refetch the IP Mode channels.

And then please report success or failure back here!

Thanks, EE package doesn’t go live until the 10th but my previous BT package is still active. I did a factory reset and the missing channels have appeared. Thanks for your help.
