Mini Box

After being with Sky for 25 years and my son having a mini box for 10 years with no problems and we decided to change to EE a couple of months ago. However he is having difficulties in being able to watch a programme on this mini box. There is constant buffering issues, or he cant get into Netflix or Now or even the BBC. I have occasional issues on this front also. Is there anyway this can be sorted, in order for him to watch the programmes he used to watch with no issues. There  should be no parental issues as he is an adult.

Have you had a chance to test the Mini box in a different part of the house, or via a wired connection, to see if this helps make an improvement?

I'd also recommend trying a light reset on the box, as indicated in our help article here.

This is just for the box's internal settings, and won't affect your recordings.
