Hello there.
We’ve recently moved to EE TV. We have an EE TV Box Pro.
At the moment we lose sound when watching Discovery Plus after adverts (it’s not consistent which adverts). We have to exit dyne programme and go back on to get the sound to return.
Has anyone else had the problem and been able to solve this?

Lots of people; and no, not yet, though EETV are aware of the issue.
Rather than exiting, though, try just backing up a little, which has been reported as working for some people.

Thank you for getting back to me. It’s good to hear that EE TV are aware of the issue. In your experience, are they good at fixing issues?
I’ve tried the rewind solution and it does work.

They take their own sweet time, and they may have to wait for Discovery to do something, but they won’t let go of it.
Are you sure that you solved the issue, rather than me? 😛
