I have recently set up an EE subscription including a SKY sport subscription through NOW tv. I cancelled my old NOW sports membership but myNOW account is still active. It has a different username and password than myEE account. Since then I cannot watch Sky Sport through NOW on my iPad or IPhone.
Any advice? I’ve tried contacting both EE and NOW without success

Your Now TV subscription has been set to use your EE ID - it's just waiting for you to set a password.
If you want to move it to a different email address, you can email us at eetvsupport@ee.co.uk - include your account number, and the email address you want to move it to.

Thanks for your reply. The thing is..when I go on to the NOW app on my IPad it is my old account which no longer has Sky Sports. NOW has told me that I can’t combine the original account with the one that EE has set up

That's not a problem - we can't "combine" accounts (so e.g. your recently watched list can't be combined between the 2), but we can move your EE subscription across to your old Now TV login. Just send me an email with the details, and I'll get it sorted.

Please note, the username is an old email address which I don’t use anymore. NOW couldn’t or wouldn’t change it. My registration with EE uses my current email address.
If you are able to sort this that would be great
