Left BT TV and broadband but can't watch my purchased films on the app as says n

Hey guys I have left BT TV and broadband but have brought alot of films ( over 20) just tried to log in to watch one of my purchased films but won't let as says no subscription so my question is have I paid for films to loose them or can I watch them without the subscription

@Steviea5277  I’m surprised you haven’t been requested to return the box. Or are you using the EE TV app on a tablet or phone ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Try again now @Steviea5277 and it should work OK (be sure to select the BT Broadband option).

Your account should have been converted to a leaver to enable you to access your purchases, but it failed. I've just processed it manually.
