I would like to connect but I don't have these products. I bought a broadband connection and a SIM card for which I pay 13 pounds a month and I pay 33 pounds for broadband. It's quite a lot without any other products.

I have ordered a broadband it has arrived but it isn't working any ideas

Firstly this isn't the discussion for this query. 

It's best practice to select the broadband section of the forum and create a conversation.

Secondly, if you have received your router but it's not yet your activation date you will need to wait till then before it works.

So I have joined the panel!!

Is there a method to post comments about what I might perceive as a bug or a deficiency in the current implementation ? It seems I have to wait for you to contact me with a survey!

Panel business should not be discussed in the open Community.

But by all means start a new thread about anything you suggest needs to be fixed, as can any member of the Community.
