Issues with activating discovery+ prem? New wifi

We have just swapped over to the new ee wifi and as part or the package we got discovery+ prem. We are struggling to activate this part of the package. We have made an account but it's not syncing so we have no access to any of the shows? Any help would be much appreciated

You will need to activate it via my ee.  Log in and go to the manage section - there under TV or TV and Sport you will have an activate discovery+ button.  Press that and then log into your Discovery+ and that will sort it.  Any issues with that or with your online account give customer service a call who will sort.  You will need to make sure the online account has your broadband and TV details on there as well
