When you only have a hammer, every problem looks like a nail… and Freeview only have Freeview Play to offer.
But what EETV device are you using, and in what mode?
Channel 61 - Great! Mystery - is not carried on EETV’s IP Mode, so it’s no good looking for it on the internet; so how are you watching it?
You can get it on a Box Pro in Aerial Mode, but that comes over the airwaves, not the internet.
So what exactly are you doing, on what EETV device, to get this message?

Channel 61 on Freeview isn't a broadcast channel, but is a streamed channel that can be picked up by compatible Freeview receivers including most recent TVs, but not the EE TV Box Pro, which doesn't receive it (or similar channels) in either aerial or internet mode.
A list of channels streamed to compatable Freeview receivers is:

Thankyou not the end of the world but at least at least I know to stop looking, I was told by the powers that be that I couldn't get the channel due to maintenance work being undertaken
