We've recently made a few improvements to your TV experience to help you discover great content more easily and get quicker access to the things you love watching. Here's what you might notice...
Finding something to watch just got even easier. You can now use Search on your EE TV box to find films and TV shows available on Disney+.
From blockbuster movies and brand new originals to exclusive hit shows from Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel, Hulu, National Geographic and FX, a lifetime of great stories awaits. Simply search for a title, actor or genre and we'll show you where it's available to watch, helping you spend less time browsing and more time enjoying your favourite entertainment. *
You'll now see selected live events from Prime Video promoted directly on your EE TV Home screen. Set a reminder before the event starts, then launch straight into the action when it's live.
Just in time for the UEFA Champions League season.**
Netflix recommendations on your EE TV homepage are now tailored to your viewing habits, helping you discover programmes and films you’re more likely to love and find something great to watch, faster.***
We'll continue making improvements like these to help create an even better TV experience, and we'll keep you updated on any future changes.

OK, understood.
The capacity of the top row was increased from the original 5 to 6, and I believe recently increased again to 7. I don't know the reasoning behind the limit, but trust that there is a reason.

Hi, we are new to EE tv but every time we turn the tv on it says error YVM102 and we have to restart all the WiFi hubs which is very annoying as it’s just taken me 20 minutes and it’s still not back on. Any advice please

@Darby1610 best practice is to start a new post or conversation in the TV forum about this.
That way it will be picked up better and you will get quicker assistance.
That error message does indicate the loss an internet connection though so one of the first questions would be is it connected via WiFI or by network (ethernet) cable and how far is the router from the TV box.
@DarrenDev not sure if you can look into this.

Unfortunately, my attempts to assist with YVM102 on TV Boxes have never been successful, so I don't offer to look anymore. There are so many possible causes, and I don't have the technical skills to identify the actual cause.

@Darby1610 coincidentally I've just this morning been notified of an update to the Smart Hub 7 Pro to fix this issue in some known scenarios. Your hub should update within the next 10 days.
