How to order a TV Mini Box and NowTV

Hi, 

I've recently signed up to TV and Broadband with a Pro box and would like to add some mini boxes as I've read that I can get these, but so far I've not been able to see how to add them. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? (Goes live next week)

Also, I ordered this all over the phone and the operator changed the email on my account to a wrong one - this has now been updated, but I had got an email to set up my NowTV but doing so under my actual email isn't bringing anything up - should I be able to see anything now or is it just a matter of waiting until the go live date?

You'll need to call to add a TV Box Mini, however I recommend you wait until the order has gone live - adding it now will mean cancelling the existing order and raising a new one, which comes with risk.

I can correct your Now TV account, however to do that I'll need you to email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk

@kennybase   To get the mini boxes you’ll need to call customer services.     Your now TV account needs the same email address you use for EE as EE would have used this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
