Just coming back to ee tv /full fibre broadband got an active full fibre connection? For some unknown reason I cannot have a TV box sent to me now and started to using them straight away I have to wait till the 23rd of this month to have my boardband? Up and running ,with ee I think with today’s technology get the boxs for the TV box’s sent out now and not have  wait till the 23rd from board bandto go live with them seems no sense to wait till the 23rd for them both to go live

@Lee14801  EE TV will not work until your EE broadband goes live as it’s part of the package.    You can not have EE TV working over any old BB connection.  It’s all linked together.

Now I’ve got a Full fibre to the property and that’s a connection. I’m using right now

@Lee14801  Is that the BB contract you signed up for with EE ?     The one that  starts on the 23rd of this month?   as stated in your OP ? 

EE TV only works over EE broadband when that service it was signed up with goes live.    

You also need to wait until box can be allocated to you.  Anyone who ordered it before you will be allocated before you.    How many do EE need to have on a shelf at any one time ?
