Getting Netflix, discoverplus and appletv

Hi I have activated my new EE tv boxes today, and should have Netflix. Discoverplus and apple TV included free in package but when I try to activate them from tv app it wants to set up a chargeable accounts. Please can anyone help, advice me how to get the free included accounts activated. Thanks in advance.

Our records show that you've correctly activated your Now TV, Netflix, and Apple TV+ accounts, but for privacy reasons I cannot see what email address you used for Netflix or Apple TV+ (your Now TV account is set to the same email address as your EE ID).

It's only your discovery+ account that is still outstanding - simply visit https://ee.co.uk/login and log in with your EE ID.  You should then see a button to activate discovery+.

I may have originally activate Netflix after a email was sent to before taking delivery or setting up my EE tv boxes, but when I try to acsees Netflix on my TV I still can't, it just keeps asking me to sign up for a subscription.

I have now activated discovery hopefully.

If you're still having issues @Josie53 then email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk and I can take you through resetting the activation to allow you to activate again.

Thanks for your message, I have now found the solution and fixed problem it was it transpired due to my previous supplier not having finished my old contract with them completely.

Once again many thanks for advice and assistance.
