Any idea why I keep getting this screen when I try to activate this free offer?

Because I previously had a free offer through my phone, I’m not entitled the further free offer they gave me for signing up for broadband and tv, which seems a tad disingenuous to me. #indiangivers

Try turning off Private Relay, if it’s On on the affected Apple device, and trying again.

Thanks, but I’ve no idea what that is 🤓

On your Apple device, go to Settings (the gear wheel), Search, and type in Private Relay.. Press Enter.

Your device will take you there, educate you about it, and show you if it is On or not.

If it is On, turn it Off.

Thanks again, but it’s not on. Pretty certain it’s EE blocking it because I’ve had the freeby once before when I bought an iPhone. This time the offer came with a broadband and tv package so should be treated as a new offer, but their computer doesn’t see it that way. Churlish technology. What next?!
Kind regards
