Factory reset

My tv guide went blank and after trying some restarts I thought my only option would be a full reset. 

However the resetting you  box message has come up and nothing else is happening. The message is just sitting there and the box is not restarting

I am really sorry to hear you have been having an issue with your TV box and it seems to have gotten stuck doing a reset. If it is still stuck currently and you have been unable to restart, I would recommend reaching out to our TV team so they can run some checks on your box and help get it sorted.

Thank you for your reply. After about an hour the reset worked so all OK. Just took a very long time
