I want to downgrade my package, remove TNT and home phone. Where do I go to do this? Do I need to ring up? Or is there a simple way

Home Phone is a monthly rolling contract & can be cancelled any time by giving 30 days notice but you will need to call CS to do so.

@hannah_love You’ll have to call customer support to request this. But as the home phone is part of your current broadband package you might have charges as this is terminating your current contract.
You should though be able to cancel TNT without charge.
