I am looking for a remote that works with the EE TV Box Mini. The manual that comes with the box says that the remote works on bluetooth, some other forums suggest that it may also work on RF, but I don't see anything on EE that details exactly how it works. I called EE and they were zero help, the person I spoke to on technical support could give me to information that was useful other than 'check the compatibility of the remote you are looking at'. duh.
I was hoping someone would know a remote that is meant for elderly, with just an on/off, volume/channel up and down button on it.
Thank you

The EE TV Box Pro and EE TV Box Mini both support the Bluetooth remote supplied, but also work with an IR remote.
Any standard IR learning remote can be programmed to send the correct commands, although you would need one that sends IR commands to teach it. Unfortunately they're no longer sold by the EE or BT stores, so you'd need to buy one from elsewhere - I'm not allowed to link to them from here. It needs to be one that looks like this:

Thank you. That type of remote and the one that comes with the EE box isn't appropriate as mentioned, so hopefully someone else will be able to help with some options.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear.
I'm saying that any programmable IR remote can be used, so e.g. you could buy something like the one below, and then programme it to control the TV Box Mini. To programme it though, you would also need the remote I showed above (maybe you could buy it, programme the remote, and then return it, if the place you purchased from allows).
