Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone can help, I’ve had EE TV and broadband for about a month now and for the last three days none of our channels have been working. We can use the apps and the broadband is working fine. When I check the connection between the box and the WiFi hub, it says there are no issues. I’ve restarted the box and the WiFi several times, still not working.
Has anyone had the same/similar issue and knows how to fix it? Any helps or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is this the Freeview channels that are not showing?
If so, could you try the advice in our Missing Freeview Channels on EE TV page and let me know if this gets the channels showing again for you?

Thank you for your reply.
No, it’s not just the free view channels, it’s all the channels. We can see them in the TV Guide but when we select one to watch, it’s a blank screen and then it comes up saying there’s an error.

Could you try the HDMI cable in a different port on the TV to see if this helps?
If not, do you have a different HDMI cable you can try?

When it says there's an error, what error code is shown? I'm guessing IPC6023?

I’ve now got this - similar to original post. After a broadband fix this is happening. All apps work fine. And box says it’s connected. I’ve done a factory reset. Still same code.

To get the TV error code looked into, please get in touch with our EE TV tech guides and they will check everything at our end and see what is needed to get this sorted for you 🙂
