Hi, looking for help. My parents moved from BT to EE in July and an engineer came and installed an EE TV box, router etc. The actual broadband works fine, and the box works for “normal” tv, recording etc.
however, the EE Tv app won’t even open…giving the, BTP-15001 error code. They have been paying almost £120 a month and I can’t for the life of me figure out what for or how to get it to work. They also can’t login online to sort it..only to their mobile account. Anyone with any ideas much appreciated

They will need to call EETV support, which they can do on 150 on their mobiles, to get this sorted.
