Hi
I recently moved from BT to EE and took the Big Sport package. When I start up the EE TV app on my iPad it says no subscription found. Is this because I didn’t take any entertainment package? I thought as a bare minimum I could stream the free to air channels via broadband. There is a small charge for EE TV on my bill
Thanks

I've been having a similar issue to others here and the only other community page I can find about it basically says the EE TV app is effectively useless, just use the NOW app instead. The error code I'm getting is GJ910 'Subscription not found'. My login has only ever been associated with EE; I've been a mobile customer for years and our TV & Broadband has been live for a couple of weeks now. The app is pairing with my box without issue, I can set recordings, and everything on the box itself is working absolutely fine, the app just doesn't seem to be recognising my subscription. I have a similar issue with the My EE app, in that trying to make any changes to my plan (e.g. add cinema) just takes me to the default landing page for EE TV within the online store.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
