I have the gigabit connection and ee tv on Apple TV. All of the channels are fine except channel 4 he. Goes blurry every few seconds then back to normal. Nothing wrong with my connection. Plenty of bandwidth and not a WiFi issue. Happens on cable too. No other hd channel does the same they are all fine. This is when using the EE TV app not the channel 4 app

Same experience here - Quality of all the Channel 4 channels is degraded (Tested 7pm to 7.15pm). Also takes a couple more seconds to start the stream from the EPG.
Setup: Ethernet Connected into Smart Hub 2 (Fibre 500 Down).

Picture quality on Channel 4 is good today and stable. 😁

The picture quality can drop for individual devices at any time, depending on network conditions.
The issue last week was that it was dropping for everyone - the feature causing that is still turned off, pending further investigation.

Hi. I’ve just got my box up and running. First thing I tried to watch was Ch4 and the picture is the same as others have said (completely ok when access other ways). Is there any update on this issue? Thanks.

@BeckieBDE this discussion is specifically about Channel 4 when watched from Apple TV. You have a TV Box Pro, which is unrelated.
