We have still not received our 2 boxes that have been in order since 11th July.  Store tell us to call 150, 150 tell us to go into store.  We are just going round in circles.   We are not getting the service we have paid for.  Can somebody help please.

Sorry to hear that @JS214 - 150 should never tell you to go into store, regardless of where you originally ordered.  Could you please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk with your account or order number, and I'll chase it first thing tomorrow.
