Hi, new to EE TV and not impressed so far. the bedroom box keeps losing broadband and have to do a factory reset twice in the first week to get it to work again. The router is only about 15 feet away from the box, 1 floor down, so shouldnt be losing signal (didnt have this problem with sky) Is there a way to sort this problem without resetting every time? VERY frustrating!

Does a reboot of the box not fix it? What have you tried, before factory resetting?
