I have uninstalled app, cleared cache on browser, and reinstalled, still no joy...

Which version of Windows are you using and have you made sure you don't have any OS updates pending, too?

@tommyg75 Is this after having entered your login credentials?  Or does this show before you even get a chance to enter your email address and password?

This happens, after I have received and entered the one time PIN code for logon. So i have already done credentials.

Ok, I'll need to ask the authentication team to investigate.
